lAST MONTH, King-Koil delivered a pre-order mattress to my home, consisting of a bid chinese man and a well-build malay man. Upon delivery, the purchased good was simply dropped onto the floor in a very uncivilised and crude manner, as a result awaked my baby who was sound asleep. When told to be careful and gentle, they simply yelled at us not to hinder their work or get in their way. Tried to reason with them, in return they started yelling even louder, sweared at us in Hokkien foul language and even pointed the middle finger at us.
